With the invaluable support of volunteers and the staff team her main focus is to carry out local research and produce reports and recommendations which can help influence and shape health and social care service delivery in the future. She has significant experience with local Healthwatch as she worked for Healthwatch Central West London for three years prior to joining Healthwatch Greenwich. As a resident of Greenwich, she is passionate that the voice of patients, services users and carers are heard and that services available are suitable for the communities that use them.
